Responsible for the treatment

The Responsible for the treatment of your personal data is the legal entity INGENIERÍA PROYECTOS Y SERVICIOS EN COMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "iPSEC") with address to hear and receive any kind of notifications located at Calle Montes 199, Fraccionamiento Parque Ecológico, C.P. 63173, Tepic, Nayarit, México.

By "personal information" we mean data collected or retained by iPSEC that identifies you and relates to you as an individual.

You have rights in relation to any personal information we hold about you. If you wish to access your personal information, you may make a formal subject access request by contacting iPSEC.

The information you request must relate to you or to another person who has authority to act on your behalf. iPSEC will require confirmation of your identification before providing any information about the data we hold. If you are unable to provide sufficient information to prove your identification, iPSEC reserves the right to refuse your request for access to personal information.

The rights you have in relation to the personal information we hold about you are:

  • The right to rectify any inaccuracies in the information we hold;
  • The right to delete information in specific circumstances;
  • The right to request the transfer of your information to another controller; and
  • The right to object to prosecution in specific circumstances

If you have given us your consent to process your information, you always reserve the right to withdraw this consent by the method detailed in the paragraph below. We are committed to ensuring that your wishes are respected and, upon receipt of notification that you wish to withdraw your consent, iPSEC will cease processing the information in question immediately.
